QUALITY CONTROL PROCESS

Quality Engineered Into Every Stage

 Every certification we hold is the result of a production process designed around quality from the first step to the last.

Raw Material Qualification

 Every resin batch is tested for melt flow index, density, and molecular weight before entering the production line. Non-conforming material is rejected at intake before a single pipe is made.

In-Process Dimensional Control

Wall thickness, outer diameter, and roundness are monitored continuously during extrusion. All data is logged against DIN 8077, DIN 8078, and EN ISO 15874 tolerances in real time.

Hydrostatic Pressure Testing

Finished pipes are pressure-tested per ISO and DIN protocols at defined production intervals. Results are logged per batch and retained for full traceability.

Thermal Performance Verification

 PPRCT pipes are validated for continuous service at up to 95°C. Rated pressure class is confirmed at elevated temperatures based on accelerated thermal ageing and long-term pressure resistance test data.

Third-Party Independent Audit

DVGW, TÜV SÜD, NSF, and SKZ conduct scheduled and unannounced factory audits. Auditors test samples, review records, and hold the authority to suspend certification. That accountability is what makes our certificates credible.

Batch Traceability

 Every pipe carries a batch code traceable to production date, raw material lot, and test records. Full documentation, certificates, test reports, and material declarations are available on request for any project.
